They never do weirdly same as SMS chat payments don't either, as long as they show up in your statement / JCI page you'll get paid them

Yes they get paid next day just like your credits from the previous day do
if you have any problems with receiving payment for the tips just send admin a message they're normally fine with paying out though as someone in the office looks for the tips manually xx
