Country deception-profile suspended

Hello
Last night during private I have been kicked out and couldn't log in anymore.i have received an email from adult work informing me that I decided to deceive them with the country by using a vpn or proxy server (had to google that I admit ).I didn't even knew what that means so obvious I didn't do such a thing 
In last year I have been working from same laptop and sameinternet .in Spain where I live for one year 
Didn't had any problem .untill Spain I lived in Romania where I worked for years online on adult work 
Again never a problem 
I have tried to contact them -no idea if my message got to them .is a long punishment ,two weeks, for something I haven't done 
They said after two weeks to contact them and send ID and proof of address 
But where do I send ? Via their email is wrote no reply -so no point 
Also next week I move back to my home country -Romania 
What a dress do I send to them? So they expect the Spanish one? 
I feel pretty down at the moment and any help would be appreciated
