AW are very good and as I said it normally sorts out it all went through this morning so no need to worry.

AW is great , I never had any problems getting my money. Ok, once I received it 2 or 3 days late but AW sorts any problems as soon as possible. No need to worry

I agree, I do my transfer weekly. I usually get the "we've done your transfer email" on a Tuesday, money in wednesday. The site actually says too allow up to monday! With the problem I got my money thursday not wednesday. I've worked in a bank I know these things dont always go right 100% and I remember how long I used to advice customers for international transfers!

For all there faults when I've really need there help Ive got it. When epassporte disappeared it was a weekend and they got everything sorted for me on a sunday evening.

Their server suffered a hardware failure which their engineers have now repaired. They are currently restoring data which could take some hours to complete.

I think this was the point over looked in the responses, the payment processor had a problem and therefore could not generate the info to process the payments. So actually nothing to do with AW themselves and out of their control

Glad it has all been sorted out now.

Have to agree with lolo and others AW make far too much money to mess anybody about, their turn over per annum must be in the Mi££ions and I am sure they do very well out of the profits.

A person I know, once worked with, claimed to know the guys who set the whole thing up, apparently, a couple of guys from London who ran an escort agency. The site is probably the best thing since the Sunday sport launched and far better.

Servers seem to be playing up today, I have not been able to log in on this site for most of the day and my web site is running slow and currently being looked over by those clever people.

I've got about £80 stuck in epassport, but I didn't really understand it so left it. If I contact them do you think they would transfer it back for me?

unlikely unless you are an American citizen. I had about $90. They did claim everyone would get ther money back but at the end of the day the company went bust so it was never going to happen.

the only time i had a real long delay was my first cheque i requested it took nearly 6 weeks to arrive, it was before christmas though. Then i discovered i could transfer direct to my account and never had an troubles... wish i earnt enough to withdraw daily!

Oh well, say goodbye to money I never had then. I think I had mentally written that off a while ago. I wonder if I can write that off in my expenses? Trouble is there is no proof of it on paper and I don't think I will make reference to AW in my expense sheet.

Not sure you can, I presume you have not declared it as income, which is easier as you did not get paid. You would only get the tax back that you had paid on the income
