Monday, May 23rd is a statutory holiday in Canada where our Cheque payment processor is located.

Cheque payment instructions made on the Monday will not be effected till Tuesday, May 24th.

This means that Cheques expected from transfer requests scheduled for Tuesday, May 24th will likely arrive a day later than usual.

Accordingly the update of processing status and the resulting emails that are sent will not take place until Wednesday.

We apologise if this bank holiday does not coincide

As bank transfers aren't mentioned I would assume it relates only to cheques.
