Well Justine's blurb is a little contradictory............"I prefer to act on impulse" followed a couple of paragraphs later by "But am most interested in hearing your suggestions and thoughts" but Pedro this really is a whole different ball game and given the nature of what's involved the comms with these SPs will have added significance and by arguing the toss your not going to come across as someone who will submit to her will and let her do her thing which is in essence the service she's offereing.
On a general point about snooty or rude replies to enquiries well I just think...........hey bullet dodged, if that's the attitude in comms what she going to be like in person..............and I leave it at that, don't get into email ping pong just move on.
