Facility fees?

Until recently, 10% was being deducted in facility fees from my phone chats. Then a few days ago I put up my rates and the facility fees have dropped slightly. Can anyone explain how these fees are worked out? Thanks.

Hi, its 0.15 per credit charged.

Charge 1 credit and fee is 15%.
Charge 1.50 credits and fee is 10% etc

AW facility fee for using direct chat, direct cam and direct IM is 5%.

Where is 15% and 10% coming from?

Facility fee for directchat is 0.15 per credit/s charged by the performer.

I was unaware of this, is it a recent change?

A cut of 45% disappearing from direct chat (through shared revenue 30% and this other 15%) seems a bit hefty, yet completely passed me by unnoticed.

Nope always been that way asfaik, for 5 years at least.

Hi, the 15% is taken at the time of the call and goes straight to the phone company. The 30% is only taken when credits are being transferred from account.

So it would be 100 - 15% = 85 credits, then when you transfer credits you take the 30%.
