Even porn stars get unlucky and catch HIV. Nobody is 100% safe. Plus, porn stars may have sex outside of work too, and there is probably a "market" for sex with a porn star? Example: raw, risky, condoms free sex. Some people are not crazy enough to do it, but some are thinking of the cash.
