Asked a friend to try and view someones cam as people are showing up as active, but he was unable to connect too even through the site with a similar error message

Aye welcome suzi , I gave up at 7pm and did some other work, went on again at 11 , still down so looks like an issue ....aw mentioned looking into the error...hope it gets fixed gals , I kept getting error cant log onto server , neither can I change my directcam settings ....more information on cant connect to direct IM post
