How do you tip performers on Adultwork

Im trying to figure this. I click on the model page and I see no tip button

You can go into their cam rooms & click the send tip button, enter the amount you'd like to send then click ok and a message will pop up in chat saying that you have sent a tip which they can then withdraw x
You can also send via adultwork vouchers which the model can use to pay for either something from the AW shop or to pay towards positioning / featuring fees
