Don't forget you will need to pay N I contributions as well if you are self employed. Class 2 or 4 depending on your earnings. I think this always used to be collected separately, but I believe they might be combining it this tax year.

If you don't declare earnings you're putting yourself at risk of potential fines / prosecution. In life you have to declare what you earn, it's the way things are. Whether you earn your £ working 9-5 in an vanilla office job somewhere or whether you earn it escorting / on webcam.
Also, if webcamming is your only income, you'll find it hard in the future to get credit etc as you'll have no proof of earnings from the last few years which you'd need if applying for credit / a morgtage.
It's not nice to have to hand over money, but, everyone has to so no one should be exempt.
For the sake of filling the forms in & doing things the correct way, you end up knowing you wont have a nasty fine drop down in the post onto your doormat or a summons to court.
As the other girls have mentioned theres plenty of threads in the private section about this so when you become abit more known on the forum & get accepted to the private area you'll be able to get clued up. But definately don't put it off about declaring. It'll only be worse for you in the long run..
