Can anyone tell me how to get rid of noise interference when I C2C in JCI. I c2c in free as well as group/pvte, and find I get more interference when in free, I have tried turning my sound down, but doesn't really help. I have also had it in group/pvte but only occasionally. It is noisy, and echoing, I can generally hear myself repeating at the other end 3/4 times. I just wondered if there was something I could do to get rid of it. Thanks. Sally x

Sorry Sally can't help much. I get interference if I have my sound too loud, but when I turn my volume down on the laptop this normally stops any feedback.

Thanks for your reply Helena, At least I know I am not the only one. I do turn down my sound, but don't like to as being hard of hearing I have to have the sound as loud as possible so I can hear on c2c, but doesn't help much if there is loud interference, lol. xx
