cant purchase webcam or phone slot

hi all

this morning I went to purchase a phonechat slot for tomorrow on the phone chat page and I got this error

•Exchange Error: Target Member is not active of email is not verified.


I went to purchase a webcam slot for tomorrow also and got the same error, I have credits in my account to purchase and I'm verified with verified email etc etc

its slightly worrying as I have no idea why I am getting this error, I have contacted AW via their help desk on main site

is anyone else getting the same error or is it just me ?

I have no issues logging on and have been on direct IM this morning...
