insufficient credits

i have money in my account and whenever i try to join it shows insufficient money don't know why? i tried money times to speak to porn star but shows same message. it was working fine earlier and don't know why can't i chat now. Any advice?

I still have 0.02 credits and don't know how to add more? it doesn't let me to add more credits at all. although it shows processing then later it shows failed to add credits.
