Setting up Voicemail

Good afternoon all,

Just trying to set up AW voicemail but when I call the 0203 number I get asked for my user id, I have tried

My pin
Main user id (from my link)
my Direct cam user id

all of these apparently do not exist? am I doing something stupid?
