If I am taken to court for a motoring offence, say, and am convicted can I get an injunction to stop the local rag publishing this fact?

As i thought naughty boy told mrs just a quickie seems injunction was to stop mrs finding out he had said to imogen he would leave wife.mrs now got serious ache with him .bang goes 15 million quid in divorce !
