Auto Updating!

Most of us update regularly so as to be seen. It's not unfair at all and I'd hate to be one of those you accused, especially as it can get your profile suspended wrongly as Katy pointed out above!

I'm not accusing these girl, I'm only wanting AW to check it, as it really looks like they are Auto Updating.....

And yes it is unfair.... If say 75% of the girls were Auto Updating in your area, you may be at the top of the listing for a very short while when you update, but on average you could be half to three quarters way down and that might put you on page 2, 3 or even 4 where no one would see you

i wdn't worry about it too much claire - i think the clients are wise to it. (and its a bit unfair to report them all as some may be genuine girls just starting out)

I'm genuine and just starting out but like most of the other girls I have to update manually.... it's just so unfair that some girls can stay at the top of the listings and keep the other girls down

AW charge money to be featured, and it's at the top of the lists the clients look first!!

If these girl are using an Auto Updating program it puts all the other girls at a disadvantage!

Also, if all of the girls did this, AW would have a similar problem to the one they've just had because it would overload their system!!!

we definitely have fake profiles in my area that are at the top constantly but the clients will know who they are after a few ignored phonecalls. AW does keep on top of it. you'll notice the ones you are talking about will eventually disappear then new ones will spring up.

you have to realise its a really big site to police. don't worry about it - i'm sure the clients know to scroll down further to find the real girls.

if you're just starting out (and don't have a lot of ratings) try using the 'available today' feature for a couple of weeks so the guys can differentiate you from the fakeys.

edit: oh, and don't go daft with the update yourself incase AW target you by mistake - i try to stick to under 3/4 updates a day (if i've not paid for 'featured').

But does that make it right 'NOT' to report girls if they appear to be Auto Updating??

once reported and deactivated by AW, new profiles will just spring up anyway and you may have caused just one genuine girl a couple of weeks of hassle and financial hardship for no real gain to yourself honey.

did it occur to you that there is a feature whereby for a certain amount you are listed at the top of the page based on the amount you bid ?direct cam positioning it is called perhaps you should look into before making accusations...just a thought.

Yes, I am aware you can be a 'Featured' Escort for the day if you pay for it... but these profiles I'm referring to are in the normal listings with all the other girls and whenever I look at the list there they are right at the top... even at 4am in the morning!!!!
Do these girls set their alarms every hour throughout the night so they can update their profiles????

Hiya hunnie i was strictly referring to in my previous post to cam not escorting as i do not offer escorting services but as the girls highlighted in terms of direct cam we bid a certain amount in order to be featured at the top and yes it is very frustrating if for instance as scotty hottie has mentioned if someone can end up with the profile suspended through getting reported for no right reason .

No i was not implying such a thing as tolerating those breaking the rules i was making the point that it is not all considered breaking the rules and before proceeding or making accusations it is always best to be well documented if someone is in the wrong no doubt should be dealt with by aw.
Currently i believe the main thing it is that we are all back up and running .

Yes Yes, I totally agree its good that AW is back up and running

My reasons for bring up this topic in the first place were because of reading about updating profiles automatically from the link I highlighted in my first post, where AW say themselves it's against the rules!

About accusing the girls I'm not sure, because I don't know 100% they are using an Auto Updating system but it certainly looks like it!

Wrong is wrong, this is why AW brought in Verification to stop fake profiles......
All I would like to see is AW checking this out so all things are fair with all girls.
