I think I've only ever heard this question asked for three reasons.

Either the guy is fishing after what escorts earn, or he doesn't like the idea of seeing a girl who might have seen two or three other guys already that day... or more commonly he gets a little titillating thrill out of the thought that a girl is just spending her entire day laying on her back and getting skewered by one man after another and then goes off to have a wank about it.

But maybe you have a different reason for asking?

I think the main reason I asked, apart from being curious, was that I don't fancy seeing someone who has already serviced about 5 guys previously that day.
Why would that bother me --- believe it or not, mostly down to potential hygiene problems, more than anything else.

i must admit smithy, IMO, the average WG who has seen 5 guys (your number, not mine) that day will have a better hygiene standard that most clients (no insult intended here - it is just good business to be at our best).

Depends.

The man who attempted to rob me got a surprise when his late evening, Sunday booking was the only one I'd come back for that weekend.

Personally I've never seen more than 5 in one day and that was more than enough. Sometimes see just one client in 2-3 [available] days, other days I might see 2 or 3. Just depends on me, the enquiries I get, bookings lengths and the other bits of my life which I fit in during my day(I may advertise a wide range of hours but I schedule my other stuff into those hours depending on actual bookings too), and how many confirm/turn up to their booking. An 8pm booking might be my first and only one that day. During pillow talk a guy once asked me what I was doing for the rest of the day, I said I'm finishing and going off to do a few personal things, had a booking earlier and happy now. "Oh he replied, I thought I would have been the first today". It was 1pm, I took it as a compliment that he'd not been able to tell any difference.

I can say I find when I'm busier I get on a roll, whereas if I've not been seeing many clients I'm more likely to be disorganised and not in the mood.

Anyone can have an overnight then go straight into a morning booking, or have been out at a swinging club or party til the early hours. I do know some blokes do like to think they are 'first', and that's up to them but really they won't ever know.

Done that once... never again.

Overnights usually involve quite a lot of sleep (believe it or not) but this one most certainly didn't. I felt really bad for the other guy next morning - he really didn't get the best of me! That was when I made the decision that if I had an overnight I wouldn't book anyone for the following day and just take work straight off the phone if I felt rested enough instead.

How long is a piece of string? Some girls will see 5 per day, maybe more, some girls have it stated in their profile even that they will not see more than 1 per day. Some have a full time job and maybe do 1 a week or 1 a fortnight just for extra income.

As for cleanliness; considering most responsible escorts will use condoms (Very small minority dont use them) and the girl will usually shower and clean herself between bookings, i don't know what you maybe concerned about but i don't think it would ever be a case of seeing a girl and maybe smelling or even worse tasting anything which may have come from another client!

The truth is that one day is never like another... there are plenty of days when I am available but don't see a soul! And I am what would probably be considered a "popular" girl.

You can just never tell.

But there is an average across a period of time.

I know what mine is and I'm happy with it and that is all that matters.

And a girl who does 15 minute quickies is likely to have a much higher turnover than one who has a one hour minimum, for example. And one who is charging £60 per hour might be very different to one who asks £300 per hour?

And on cleanliness... fitflirty is dead right... I am showered, douched and fresh for EVERY guy... and I think most professional girls are the same? Maybe not if you are seeing girls who operate at the less salubrious end of the market... but if a girl isn't fresh at the end of the day then I would suspect that she might not have been terribly fresh at the start of the day either?
