Updating your profile

Girls... something new (I believe) which we should all be aware of:

I have saved my profile but: 1) the last updated date did not change, 2) I am not appearing at the top of the search

We asked members not to continuously update their profiles and not to use automatic scripts to do so but it seems certain members (or group managers) are intent on abusing the "Last Updated Date" of their profile(s) to achieve a higher position in search results and various other places around the Site.

The last updated date is meant to give members seeking services an indication of when a profile has new information or when a member has uploaded new content.

Due to the continued abuse of the Last Updated Date field, this information will now only update periodically. If you are using the Site properly, updating your details daily, or half daily, or even a few times a day, you will not be affected.

Those who employ people to continually update the profiles they manage or those who run scripts at the Site to achieve the same effect, and others, will now have their activities restricted, which will result in the last updated date of their profiles not being updated.

There is no acceptable limit for repetitive updates so please do not ask. Your activities are as valuable to the Site as anyone elses regardless of how much you spend on the various availability or phone number display features.

If you believe others are abusing the Site and are perhaps not being affected by the restriction when they should be, go to their profile page, click the Authentic Member link at the bottom and then click the link at the bottom of that page to report them.

We would apologise for this inconvenience but it has been made necessary by those who continue to abuse the Site. Bona fide members, operating within our Terms of Use will not be affected.

There are several ways to get your profile in front of as many visitors as possible.

Feature Your Profile, Private Gallery, Field Report, Group, Sale/Auction Item, Movie Clip or Movie Rental from your My Details Page.

Become a Member of the Day. There is a separate member of the day for Escorts, Webcammers, DirectCam Providers, Phone Chat providers and a Group. To view the auctions for these slots, click here.

Bid for DirectCam and DirectChat positioning. Highest bidder appears at the top, next highest below and so on.

As per the Terms of Use. Any member who feels that they are exempt from operating in an open and honest manner will have their membership terminated. I think the article was only uploaded recently... certainly I know that some girls update every couple of minutes!

I think thats a good thing, i know no matter what or how much i bid for directcam there are certain girls always always ahead and i think thats cause they are using an automatic script.

Yea, I know what you mean... there is one t-girl in the south east who it is impossible to get ahead of for more than a minute. I don't think I am bothered enough to do this though.....

If you pay for positioning, you're always above those that update their profiles to change their positioning.

It means girls in the group of the day can't update their profile and find themselves on the front page everytime, and those doing paid only directIM can't keep getting to the first place.

I update 4/5 times a day every day... sometimes more.

I just do it every time I log on to AW
