how to get neg feedbck removed ?

Maybe they just need to respond appropriately to their loyal Service Providers in the first instance! (i.e., NOT automated messages). Its one thing for one to have a wrong doing done against one!... and another matter when its ignored by those who are in a position to 'Help' (+ to add insult to injury they keep sending you round in ever decreasing circles to the ever so helpful 'Help' section!!).

Sometimes a one size category does not/cannot fit all! Rolleyes

I feel your pain. I hate contacting the help center! As all they do, like you say, is rely on their auto responses.-

Well I did get the generic reply but then a little later on I recieved this:
Hello

Thank you for your email.

Members must contact us directly (via the Help Centre) if they have issues
or problems with their profiles.

The only way we could communicate with you concerning this member is if
you were registered as their Group Manager.

We hope you understand that for security purposes we are unable to respond
to third parties.

So I'm not sure if going at it mob handed will make a difference. I do think that the next Q&A session could be a time to bring this up. I am very dissapointed but I do understand the reasoning to a point, if they just looked at the feedback surely they would know where we are coming from?

I have a pip47 regulary come in free always asks, Are you escorting yet?. He started last year summer time emailing now he comes into free very occasionlly when I am in group but as always he gets NO but seems from what he haas done to you he dosent take no very well!. Hope you get it sorted.

This wouldnt really help the situation, as he did leave feedback, it was just false. I have regulars that cam with me virtually every day but dont always leave feedback as they have ran out of things to say, ive had others say they dont want to receive feedback or to leave any for many reasons. I think this could lose us money tbh. I wouldnt expect regular escort client to leave it every time either

Also am not sure they even took the time to look at my emails to be honest (let alone check the feedback I was referring to within them). The fact that they whacked out two generic/automated replies on the same day within a few hours of each other was indicative that they hadn't looked at the case on an individual basis. I just could just tell (my words fell on 'deaf/we don't want to know' ears). I think when they see 'I am disputing negative feedback' in the subject heading they just can't be arsed to be honest. That's how they come across. I wouldn't mind but I hardly ever email them. hashtag#Disappointed!

Normally we only remove feedback in exceptional circumstances, for
example, if a member breaches our Terms of use or should another member
publish your real name, address or phone number.

The feedback/ratings system was put in place to assist members in making
an informed decision.

If you have not already done so, the correct course of action is to
respond to the feedback this member has left, should you feel it
unjustified.

Regrettably removing feedback can cause members to take other (or the
same) routes to get their opinions heard.

Should both parties wish to change the feedback, we would ask you both to
write into the Help Centre from your registered email addresses and we
will take the appropriate action.

We hope you understand we are unable to make judgments on member opinions.
We would suggest with a carefully considered response from you, other
members who view your feedback will understand the situation and not let
this affect their decision making process.

Ridiculous, how can "both parties" write to the Help Centre when one has left the site!!!

I had a similar thing happen basically where a guy had booked a Skype session and both of us confirmed - however I waited & waited and kept emailing him (via AW) & Skype but he turned out to be a 'no show' - he then had the absolute cheek/gall the next day to email me saying something like - "Hi hun, have put in for a refund as you didn't show!!" Me not show, it was him (I could smell bullshit but I didn't let on, i.e., get confrontational).

The thing is I'd logged out of JustCamIt & had spent ages, prob well over half an hour trying to get hold of him/make contact! both via AW AND Skype, (I had a record of all this too) -- anyhow I replied (firm but fair, i.e., quite official, bet he wasn't expecting it LOL!) saying in a nutshell I would dispute it with AW and so I did... (HOWEVER I had a gut instinct he would return for another show (& said so to a friend)... sure as the goose cuts the grass he returns.... I record all my chat log JCI's so I started off saying something like 'friend or foe'.. to which he replied with lots of kisses.....and saying he admired my ballsiness! He then proceeded to enter into Pvt on DC --- however the previous amount from his other show was still showing in Escrow (I don't think he knew this, he probably thought it had winged its away to me as it hadn't gone back to him), then not long after that he disappeared off the site.......... in the meantime the cash sat in Escrow in total for about 2 weeks so I wrote to AW again... the point I'm getting at is they said we were to write to each other!!....(just like has been suggested to you). I then explained that the user had left the site and also explained that since the disputed 'no show' he had in fact done another show with me & I also provided an extract of his convo plus pointed out he'd also left me positive feedback from that show...... anyway in the end they released the money from Escrow..... but only after a lot of tenacity on my part!.. but the point is they were suggesting I contact HIM (as I said it turned out he left the site so how could I contact him and I certainly wasn't going to piss about (excuse language!) any further than I had already done via Skype etc)...... but its annoying when they throw the onus back onto US to sort it out!! Not on.

I am not surprised you are not happy, its adding insult to injury really, the fact that their doing nothing about it. You don't have to be Einstein to see what its all about & it should be removed (esp as the person who left the f/back is no longer active on the site). Unless you write to them again & point that fact out! Perhaps then they might do something, as if they are no longer active then there is no one going to come back to them to kick against the fact they've removed it, if you follow.. i.e., there is no longer 'both parties' involved! Rolleyes

That's so unfair...and on other sites girls ask for bad feedback/ratings to be removed every time. It is obvious though that it is one guy being a moron...and guys really don't seem to take any notice of cam/phone/IM feedback.

Well, it does!

If you look at the Terms of Use (here) you will see that under "Acceptable Use" it quite clearly says:

Adultwork Terms of Use Wrote:......We also therefore require that you do not:
  • say, write, transmit or do anything that would cause annoyance, inconvenience, harassment or needless anxiety to others;

  • harass others;

  • etc, etc, etc....

Forgive me if I am mistaken, but I think leaving half a dozen negs then a few minutes later leaving another half a dozen negs, then a few minutes later doing it again is harassing... isn't it?

I would mail them back and point this out to them!

Remember... you do have to mail them three times to get a proper response... just be persistent.
