Ok here are some easy to understand reasons no one here (hopefully anywhere) will want to work with you:

You speak broken english
Your website is full of stolen content
Your website is an unprofessional looking template used on many other sites
You swear in public
You argue
Your type has been seen here many times before
You have facebook on your site
You suggest skype
You sound young and clearly inspired by popular blackhat techniques
If all that wasn't enough you also clearly haven't done any research into webcam sites or escort directories that already operate successfully and offer us all we need.
