Where to Find Right Girls for Webcam Work??

Im new on AW and i read a lot of posts from you G/F. Intersting forum.
Im working with Webcam girls already for some time and i have a lot of experience in this business, but my biggest problem is to find right girls for that work.
I dont inderstand why are girls so "Not Thankfull" and when you teach them how to earn really good money with shows they leave you and they start working alone?
I work with a lot of different websites, where you have a diferent style of work and i help girls to start earning good money sign them up under my studio. Normaly i take % from thier work, but i think that is normal, because i help them and teach them. Im not like some studios who just put girls in front of cam and say "earn me money"
My question is are there some honest girls who are willing to earn better and dont stab you in back, when you teach them all??

No experienced girl is going to give you a cut of there earnings when they can do all you do themselves.

I agree with you about your thinking and im aware of that. But you have a lot of girls who really work hard on webcam and they dont earn good, because they dont know how to work right. So i try to teach then how to do better and in most cases i succede. I had girl who earn 360$ per period and when she start working with me she earned 800$ per night. But she was smart and tought like you why to share profit with him and she left me. Now she is earning again 400$ per period and you think that was right decition from her? Is not better to share profit if you earn more then work alone and dont earn nothing?
In any other normal job we ask boss or owner how much profit he made with our work? or we work for money? Just asking you.

If you're taking a percentage of their earnings in exchange for 'teaching' them how to be a webcammer then that's where the loyalty ends. Once they have the knowledge they need they will leave and quite rightly too with the attitude displayed above.

If she doesn't work for you anymore then you have no idea what she's earning now.

I admire entrepreneurial people, but it's plain silly to think you are owed anything from anyone if you've already been paid in exchange for the services you offer.
