@Tight18 Yes def go bigger than you think, as they always come out a lot smaller than you imagine! I measure an FF for e.g., but look no bigger than a d! I am a 10-12 too so this should give you an idea of how 380 - 400cc would come out on you too.
@Ana There's really no difference in feel/ look between overs/ unders. Some say overs tend to be bigger and unders tend to look more natural, but I have seen/ felt both that were natural/ fake looking, big, small etc. The only real difference is that with overs you tend to heal a lot quicker and it won't affect you too much if you do a lot of exercise (can take up to 6 months before you can do really strenuous exercise after having unders). Mine look and feel really natural, but if you squeeze hard you can tell there is an implant there. You don't generally get a choice in this though as it depends on how much breast tissue you have (if you don't have enough tissue they will usually recommend unders).
@Trinny Mine are body temp at all times, not sure where you got the cold to touch idea from? hehe. You can feel the edge yes, but only if you really push your fingers in and feel around. It's not obvious at all. My scars are pretty obvious but I get keloids (sp?) which is thick, lumpy scars anyway, so this isn't usual for everyone. You can reduce them with bio oil and cocoa butter. Also, unless someone was looking REALLY closely they would be able to tell!
I would say to anyone thinking of it.. DO IT!! You will never regret it. Nowadays you have to specifically ask for fake looking boobs if you want that, otherwise all the surgeons (that i know of in any case) give very natural looking breasts, even the very large ones.
Points to consider if you're a webcam girl or escort are - You will need at least 3 months to completely recover and be able to bounce around and do lots of strenuous stuff if you have unders. You'll need about a month if you have overs. In either case you'll need to factor in the cost of buying loads of new bras, and you'll have to leave off doing this for at least 6 weeks as they won't have settled enough till then. It can take up to 6 months, sometimes longer for them to totally settle, so be aware you'll be spending a lot on new bras in different sizes lol. Also, you will find it hard to find the right size as implants measure a lot bigger than they look. So while you might measure an FF like me, any bra in that size will probably fit you width wise, but will look ridiculous/ like a granny boulder holder because you won't have the fullness of a normal breast.. hope that makes sense. You will have to buy bras a couple of sizes down to get any kind of uplift/ oomph, and this isn't recommended in the first couple of months in case you impact on your healing process.
Oh, and the "Boobie Blues" are really no fun at all
Mainly due to the comedown from all the excitement pre-op, the after effects of the anesthetic which will still be in your system, and having to wear your support bra and take it easy for a bit. You can reduce this though by getting out and about in the fresh air lots, throwing out the yucky painkillers they give you (they make you really constipated), and drinking loads of water to flush out the toxins.
So yeah, few things to think about!

Nothing to add as mine are all mine and will remain that way! I did have a consultation years ago when I lost too much weight and went from a 34DD to a 34B but thankfully that phase didn't last very long and I now manage to keep my boobs and figure curvy enough with the right diet and (s)exercise
