Yes she can still join - i myself am trying to become verified as we speak! You can get paid and everything but there are a few advantages only for verified members such as dailypay etc

You don't get daily pay just because you are verified, I think it's that DP only accepts verified members.

You'll need to be verified to cam, but you can do phone/IM no problem, pics, vids.

However, if you are not verified I think you don't get paid for the first time each movie gets viewed in each day (to cover bandwidth costs or something). So only have a couple of videos, and make them highly desirable.

If she has 15 vids, then that 15 times she won't get paid.

If she only has 2 or 3, then it is only 2 or 3 times she won't get paid.

Tell her to get a citizens ID - there was a thread about it on here somewhere.... hold on...
