Admin please help where are my credits?

Hi I have been on webcam all day today and I have had a very long group show with someone the show lasted 3hours40mins approx then my internet connection went and when I went on to adultwork my credits were not there from the show and infact the customer doesn't even show up on my statement. What just happened?
