Last time we asked if members can be banned permanently, AW seemed unaware that we can't do that and I posted the section from the justcamit help manual but I don't think we had a reply to that. All we can do now is kick out for 1 hour or 30 days.

So...asking again, please can we have the ability to permanently ban members from our rooms?

This is from the help manual:

Kick Levels

· Kick Out - 1 hour

· Kick Out Permanent - 30 days (semi permanent)

· Ban From Site - user account is disabled (permission based feature)

Can AW say when this feature will be brought in please?

Is it possible to make changes to the affiliate codes to reflect the actual services available right now? Currently affiliate links do not show Direct IM availabilty but instead the link says 'Cam now from' followed by the IM price.

can the continual re logging in be made easier? if the screen stored the User name, Password (*******) and then just hit the login button, this would make life easier and make replies for our customers easier.
A new login could be made once every day and a re log during the day? most other sires do this.

^ Slightly off topic, but, use Firefox. When you start typing your username it comes up automatically, and when you hit shift your password is autofilled.

Please can the directchat system be thoroughly looked into? For 2 years now I have repeatedly had calls not connect and the guy told "the provider does not offer this service". On multiple occasions I have emailed you about this and also sent screenshots of directIM/ Cam conversations where the guy is explaining he can't get through. I've also listened via cam while he holds the phone out and heard the message. In every case I am set up correctly, and he has plenty of credits. It just seems that 4 or 5 out of 10 calls do not get thro0ugh. This is particularly frustrating when we are actually camming at the time and I lose extra money because of it. ENOUGH of the generic auto replies about how it must be our fault, it ISN'T! And it needs to be FIXED!

Also, can we have a function whereby we can see who has bought videos?

Katie, thats shows in client connections, It doesnt say what they watched but it will tell you the members who have recently bought your rentals/clips & photos
