warning for edinburgh clients
#1
hi guys

i just saw a client who had a very bad experience with a girl on the site by the name of joanne, he doesn't want to report it as he has since had threatening texts.

i'm not sure of the exact profile name but just be on your guard.

my client went for a 'quicky' down at the shore area in a nice new apartment/building. however when he arrived the girl seemed about 10yrs older than her profile stated, a bit rough and obviously on something. he apologised to her and said that as she wasn't what he'd been expecting he was going to go. when he got out to his van a guy jumped in the passenger door - luckily this is a big irish chap so he duly leathered the guy and got away. he has since had texts saying if he goes to the police the girl will say she was attacked, raped etc.

my client was lucky as he is a big guy (very nice guy btw). an elderly gent or young man might have had areally hard time - thought you guys should know.

That's awful Connie. I hate hearing about crap like this. Sounds like it was deffo a set up tho. At least he is ok could have been a whole lot worse for him. Id keep the texts if i was him and if he wants to go to the police show them the texts and threats. I really hope he does cause i'd hate to think of the same thing happening to someone else.

What scum indeed! He should get her profile and post it in here but i suppose all she will do is change names and make a new profile it really should not be allowed for people to do that..

I am not an escort but i have loads of clients from Edin who do visit escorts so i will make them aware of it

Thanks for the warning. If it's the Joanne that I'm thinking of, she bid on a reverse booking of mine. Glad I didn't accept it!

I've thought a few times in the past about how best to deal with issues like this. It's difficult because you want to prevent other people from getting into the same situation, but then again it's difficult to ignore threats. Just a nasty situation altogether.

yes, like ukmistress says, if reported to the site another page just gets put up and punters won't report it to the police as they want to protect their privacy. i just hope these people have some scruples and don't try this kind of stunt with any elderly or disabled clients etc.

I think it has to be reported. I know its difficult for married or attached clients, but these people only have strength because they rely on that fact to blackmail.

The Police are much less judgemental than they used to be, and threats of violence and more so, false allegations of rape, are serious criminal acts. A prosecution won't happen just on one persons testimony, and they will seek more 'concrete' evidence against the perpetrators once they are made aware.
