Not being shown on google?

Really hope your all well. I could do with a little bit of help if possible?

When I used to do a google search on "Lauren Manchester Escort" it used to come up with my AW link, it now doesn't show, it shows other Lauren's AW links, but not mine? It also shows my girlfriends who have links to my page but not my AW link itself. Any ideas? Or am I being a little thick? .

Any help would be really appreciated.
