Clips not uploading

Anyone else having trouble getting clips uploaded this evening?

"An error occurred on the server when processing your page request/submission. Please contact the Site's admin team via the Help Center, citing the URL of the page you were on and the action you were attempting. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience this has caused you. (Server ID: 20)"

So, I go to the help center, try to use the FTP link and that doesn't work either and the file is too big to send by email.

Any suggestions on how I fix this or get around it?

Not uploaded clips but photos onto an album going on ok, have got a cpl of videos to add later, so will let you know if have issue with these and of course advise aw

I always use Internet Explorer to upload clips. I found it works best vrs firefox and chrome which I've both used as my main browsers

I'm at my wits end with this. I tried emailing movies@adultwork.com with a compressed version of the file (11.5mb), they uploaded it and told me to go to my movies tab then add the credits amount, descriptions etc and save, I did this then got the message again.

Tried going through the help section and emailing that way with details of the problem and then I got a ruddy 'the message has not been sent' message. AARGH!

Just had five movie rejections all arrive at the same time saying the clip doesn't play. Which it does.

I had that happen last week, uploaded a movie
After an age it went to the page saying error I did it
again and then had two rejection emails, according to me
The movie never reached them as the process timed out
I wrote to aw who said movie got there but was rejected
On it wasn't me ?
Totally confused ? Not tried again

I've changed the format from AVI to WMV and it's still coming up with an error message when I try to upload it. so bloody frustrating!

I've had this morning now...never had a problem before and have emailed the help desk. I think the gremlins are loose again...

Tried again last night with just a short new movie clip of a minute as a trial and sat uploading for twenty mins, then tried with a clip already on and the same
Very frustrating
I appreciate everything can't work all at once on such a complex site but this has been going on for more than a few days now, have emailed aw to
