Punters running overtime

It happens from time to time but there's one client I have who is especially bad for it...

He booked me for phone chat for 15 mins, and then said (after 16 mins) can we just have another 3 mins?

I said, no honey you need to rebook. He called me earlier than the time allotted, which I don't mind, but then tried to say we had to continue to that time, pffft.

He'll probably neg feedback me now, but I gave him 16 mins as opposed to 15 anyway... rant over... lol

How do you girls deal with it? I just am straight to the polite but friendly about it. I guess it must happen a lot is escort bookings which is probably more awkward!

For me it's not up for discussion, I run a timer on my phone and when it goes say something like "well that's time up". Got to be in control of these boys.

Yeah, I have a timer too Jen I said to him, we've went over 15 mins and he said, no we haven't, and then I said, we have, my timer says so! I feel like a bit of a bitch, but at the end of the day I have to take the calls on my landline (my mobile coverage isn't great) and he's tying up the bloody line when I could be having a paid customer...

another reason why I call them for phone bookings so I will have a record of it..eventually.

I come from a call centre background which really has come in handy dealing with guys on the phone ha ha

Haha, that's so funny Jem, I have worked in call centres too!

I used to have such a nice telephone manner... now I'm a rude, dirty bitch. And the pay is far better, still plenty of wankers, mind you... lol x
