You'll all be pleased to hear I went to the police about it. It was just playing on my mind too much, and despite contacting adultwork they refuse to remove her profile. This shouldn't be ongoing for others to have to deal with. Thanks for all the supporting messages on here. I'm not married but do have a girlfriend. Having read around I don't think I've done anything illegal so I decided to just go for it and put a stop to this.

I still have to give an official statement but I said I'm willing to go to court and do whatever is needed. Apparently they know of a possible flat in that address that similar things have been happening at.

Again much thanks for all the encouragement here. I wouldn't have had the nerve to go ahead with contacting the police otherwise.

What a horrible experience, I'm glad you did decided to go to the police, who knows how many others have experienced this. I'm appalled that AW haven't removed her profile, when I've heard so many stories of girls profiles being removed for lesser things.

Well done for reporting it! You never know who else has already been to them and if they just need someone else to come forward.

I guess they can't remove a profile because someone reports something that can't be substantiated...if you found her pics somewhere else on the internet though, it would be another matter!

By the way, why some girls not bother to put their pics on their profile the right way?! That would be a red flag to me of "really can't be arsed".

It sounds like there have been other victims (which is bad), but it also seems that they have been using the same address and not moving on (which is good... and dumb).

It would still be your word against hers, so if the case mentioned by Trinity is typical, they might need a second independent witness to come forward. That might ta.ke awhile.

If this does eventually end up in court, you still have a reasonable chance of hiding this from your girlfriend. You could book time off from work (not sure what the regs are, but you could probably tell your boss that you need to testify in a court case that you can't describe "for legal reasons"), but let your girlfriend think you're going to work as normal (I book time off work to meet escorts without my wife knowing). This might even be one of those situations where you can testify in a closed court (no public present) or from behind a screen.

As everyone else has said, I think it's great that you went to the police .

I guess a lot of punters possibly feel comfortable seeing escorts without feedback than vice versa. Maybe because, even if they don't have the evidence that the girl will give a good service, at least they don't feel physically vulnerable (although even if there aren't men involved, some women would still be capable of attacking clients alone).

I guess it is wrong to assume that someone without references shouldn't be be given a chance, but maybe such meetings would be better conducted in a hotel? It perhaps gives you more security than a stranger's house.

Just a thought, although asKI don't escort myself I'm definitely not the most knowledgeable person on the matter!

I have been scammed or set up or robbed or what ever you want to call it 3 times by different girls 2 from Bracknell and one from Southampton. the worst thing is that one of them was an escort I been seeing for 7 months.
