Yep same here. Plus the feedback system is something I find quite valuable. Being able to check out what services they sought and gotten prior to contacting me, reading the FB and FR's they've left for others (and received themselves) as well as speaking with them personally of course - it all helps me build up an idea of weather or not I'm going to provide them with a booking.

Not for me, I advertise, they call, they either turn up or they do not, I go home. Thats just my way, I know it does not work for everybody but I find it very simple.
