can anyone please help me. i have direct chat setup with my mobile number i put in the the number without the 0 cos of the +44 the number is 10 numbers long.
when clients have tried to ring it says im engaged. ask support team and they say i have 6 calls that shows i was ingaged and im one digit short. any suggests would be great thanks

I have mine come through my landline number, I start with 441.....(missing out the 0 like you have done).
Directchat can be temperamental, I don't know why they think you're one digit short since you can't put in the 0. Maybe go back to them on that.
