Problems re registering my mobile number

Can anyone Help me please I need to re register my mobile number as i have by accidentally deleted my number tried to register it again and it keeps saying member assigned and I know I verified the number please help me, as I don't know what to do.

The Mobile Number you supplied is already assigned to another Member
This is what I get when I tried to re register my number which I had verified it before and sent text message to adultwork before and by accidentally deleted my number and can't display my number back again please help me
