Every time I make a typo signing in and get that message which says something like...

"no user with that username found"

...my heart sinks and my anxiety levels go through the roof!

thanks for the reply, ive been checking my junk mail as well, its been longer than 48 hours so i have filled the article help out again and have also emailed admin on here twice since thursday but not had any reply... i will just have to keep trying, its taken me years to build my profile, my photo gallery and my regular webcammers

One positive thing I can say about AW support is that they always get back to me really promptly. Are you sure that you've not got mail from them in your spam? Or do you have a yahoo email and it's started to be glitchy? If no to all that, just keep pestering them until they reply. xxx

Honey, I know it is a pain, but you've just got to keep at it.

If you are a genuine victim of an overzealous deleting finger, then you will get your profile back, credits intact.

Oh god I am so with you on that one...

Every time I edit my profile, I ensure that I have not made any boo boo's in case my profile gets deleted again.

It does seem to be happening far too often lately and seems to be predominantly with us established ladies. If there is a glitch in the system surely AW needs to deal with it or they might start losing their high earners. I spend on Average about 300 - 600 a month on AW featuring my account and paying for all the extra's.

The auto ban system certainly needs revisiting if that is whats causing the problem. Also seems that when we do follow the correct channels and contact AW via the Help Center we do not in most cases get a response and profiles remain deactivated. And if they are not going to reactivate a ladies account certainly they can have the courtesy to notify her of the reason if it is to be a permanent ban.

Personally I would like to see a 45 min rate added to our escorting section
