I have to admit that when my account got deactivated by AW a while back I emailed them via the Help Center and over three days got no response until someone suggested I tried an alternative means. Which within 2 hrs my account got reactivated.

I appreciate the problems AW faces daily but surely us Verified or the more established service providers can get a heads up when we have made an itsy bitsy mistake in our profiles? I went through the terms and conditions the other night again and have to admit that it gets confusing at times and sometimes I have to reread something to try and understand it.

Most of us do not deliberately do thing intentionally but in error so maybe a little nudge every now and then and not a deactivation would be helpful.

There are loads of spiteful people on AW who go out their way to make our lives miserable, it is enough that when you change your hairstyle you get reported to AW but you also have fellow narky escorts who will try and trip you up where ever they possibly can.

I try and update my photos monthly so I have loads so the woman from 3 years ago definitely does not look like one today! Reporting the person as a fake due to this fact is seriously ridiculous.

I just think that at times we can have a warning as to why our accounts are being deleted some girls just dont have the patience to read through the T&C's or take note of the importance of knowing a sites T&C's

One positive thing I can say about AW support is that they always get back to me really promptly. Are you sure that you've not got mail from them in your spam? Or do you have a yahoo email and it's started to be glitchy? If no to all that, just keep pestering them until they reply. xxx
