Already verified yet I can't enable webcam work!

Hi there,

I wondered if anyone could help me? I'm a verified member on AW offering escort services, however, when trying to enable 'offering webcam work' I am asked to verify my account, which is already verified.

I have read in blogs that other users have had the same problem this year (in January time) and I wondered if this problem has ever been sorted?

Hi, Adultwork will sometimes ask you to re-verify for various reasons.

Quickest and easiest way to enable webcam is to re-verify the account.

If you re-verify and still cannot enable webcam services then a quick message to them via the help centre can fix it.
