rental movie issue

Hi just uploaded a mp4 movie 32 mins 1.3gb via ftp checked that file is on the server it checked out filled in the forms and uploaded screenshots pressed submit had a error saying "your movie cannot be uploaded to out content server" now the movie that took me 37 mins to upload has gone and it looks like i have to upload it all again not impressed any ideas why its failed?

got the video on waiting to be checked just having issues uploading screenshots of the movie im using png file should i be using jpg?

Out of interest did you turn off the firewall for the entire duration of the upload process?

I use both PNG & JPEGs for my images

I would think you would be able to add an exception to your firewall to allow connection to adultwork? Someone more technical could better answer that though.

yes everything worked but just got the following error message by email
"The movie could not be re-encoded due to an error"
The movie works fine on my computer im going to encode it into WMV its a MP4 movie so it should work very odd keep u posted

A bit more detail would be awesome when it clearly plays great on all 4 of my machines (mac & PC)

yes uploading it again in WMV format

yes just uploaded a standard WMV video 1.2gb see if that gets accepted it works fine on my computer

well got a error message saying could not be uploaded to content server when i checked again it says wating to be reviewed go figure i have no issues in uploading to AW just the actual site!!!
