It is selective and it is the site owners choice who they list, I have many sites that I promote escorts using the Adultwork RSS feed and I filter what adverts I show depending on what site they are advertised on.

Yes you are right, you will only be shown on other sites if you opt in, so if you have not you will not get extra promotion. Why would you not?

I also use other advertising oin my sites like banners, the upkeep of FREE sites have to be paid somehow
