DirectIM problems...

Hi everyone!

Just wondering if someone can help me. I've just started using DirectIM, I have successfully downloaded JustCamIt. I've had a few people come in to chat to me but it keeps kicking them out every minute! bit frustrating really. Has anyone had this happen to them? And does anyone know how to fix this?

Hi Jessica, do you mean the automatic time-out after 3 minutes when doing free chat? There's nothing to stop that but you can adjust the amount of time you allow for free chat in the webcam settings if you want to.

If you mean justcamit chucking clients out when they're in paid...it does unfortunately, especially in group sessions and it's a known problem.

If its only a few then its probably a glitch, if its quite alot then there may be an underlying issue.
