Hi there,
I have an issue with logging into my AW account that is not covered by the faq's in the corresponding subject area.
Yesterday I tried to change my email address within the registration details but something went wrong in the process and i ended up logging out before saving.
I think my email address subsequently may have been left clear and now upon trying to log back in it is asking me to verify my email address. When I enter my previous email address that was registered before my attempt to change it I am told that the email address is not registered to my account. This means I am unable to a) have the email address verification code sent to me, or b) request my email address to be reset. I am essentially locked out of my AW account on which I am very active and have a large amount of credits saved.
Is there a way I can have my email and login details reset outside of these two methods? I have emailed AW via the 'issue not listed in the faq' route.
