I dont think this is as sensible as you think.
As far as I know, the hiv virus may not show up in tests for 3 months, rape victims are offered a test and advised to take another 3 months later. You or her could have had a "clean sheet" via test taken on "12th never" but slept with someone with the virus or any other virus,the day before or the day after
