For one reason or another I was unable to find time to do this last night, so planned to log in and do it tonight, only to find I've been deactivated, long before the 48hr window to upload my ID has passed. I'm also quite annoyed because I purchased credits on the account and had begun to make arrangements with another user over the site email, all of which I assume is now gone :/
From what I can tell the contact email for support is useless as it's unmonitored and just tells me that my issue is already covered in the help section...
I'd really really appreciate some actual practical help on this as I really don't want to have to start my profile from scratch and lose the credits I purchased
