Someone posted a comment on here recently about how much he was prepared to pay a lady for 'her time'. I think it was no more that £2-00 per minute. This seems fair to me, I live near Portsmouth and most of the girls in the area charge an average of £70 for half an hour of naughty fun.

One of the Golden Rules of Marketing is that the punter will pay whatever the market will bear. Now I have watched a lady in her early 20's raise her rates (for the half hour) from £60 to £80 and now £100. Sure she's quite pretty and not bad at what she does but she's very picky about what she will do for all that cash. ie No CIM, no facials etc. Another absolutely gorgeous lady in her 30's charges £150 p hr and only does protected penetration. Nothing else. Both seem to be making a very good living but I'm convinced it can't last.

Dunno where their punters get their cash but I know of several ladies who offer an excellent and very wide ranging service and who are not that greedy. Sooner or later, in these troubled times, the rates (Please God!) will go down.

Greed has little to do with it.

The ladies are running a business, they have overheads and bills to pay. It's down to the women to decided what services to offer and what rate to put on themselves - that's not for punters to decide.

It's for the punter to decide if he can afford seeing the lady of his choice and if they have similar interests.

Correct. There is enough choice available, and if you can't afford the girl of your dreams then save up.
And Its not greed to charge what you know you are worth for the bespoke service you provide, Its good business sense.

If I were escorting I would put it down to self worth. For example If I thought I was stunning and wanted to be fussy about who I enertained I would set a higher price for myself. It would then be my choice if I lowered prices or increased price due to too little or too much custom

I am sorry, but as someone who does not charge extortionate fees I for one know that just because my prices are affordable does not make me cheap. Yes, outgoings do amount to a bit but if you do it correctly you still make a profit at the end of the day. This is a recession and one of the reasons why my rates are affordable to clients.

The choice in clients is down to the girl itself, I predominantly only see professional clients and that does include those who are "rolling in money". But I also see "Joe Average" whose money is just as good as the next persons.

It is not down to the fees but the girl and the service she provides.

I charge as much as possible in line with the supply & demand.

If there is a demand for my services at an exhorbitant price then I'm loathe to reduce them - that's just silly!

I think you're right KDB, although to me your prices are eye-wateringly expensive if there are sufficient guys with the cash and the desire to pay such prices then good luck to them - and even more to you for being able to tap into the market.

Chances are that £700-£800 per hour to them as a proportion of their income is a lot less to them than if I spend £130-£140.

No disrespect to you KDB but I think this also shows that even guys who are loaded cash wise are not very astute, otherwise they would realise that they could get an equivalent service for much less, but they can't be bothered to do the research.

Please don't think I am denigrating you for one minute, just commenting that even wealthy guys tend to think with their dick rather than whatever little grey cells exist in their head!

It may also be a point of conversation in the wine bar to show just how rich they are, tawdry though that may sound.

Imagine the scene:
Toby: "I paid £700 an hour for the best sex ever"
Julian:"I can beat that- I paid £1200 for 30 minutes and it was superb, and I still had change to fill the Roller with fuel for the trip to Monte Carlo"

A similar service but some people are looking for more than just a service; they are looking for an experience with me and there is only one me.

I would love to be able to afford to see KDB because, to me, she offers all the things I long for and which few other WGs offer. If she can attract clients who can afford her then good for her - that's market forces for you - but I'll just keep on dreaming!
