I like "hairy boys" a generic term coined by me a friend to describe indy/rock boys. This must include a good head of hair and not always but some facial hair is nice too
Shaven or hairy. Minds above belly button please.

I feel the need to add this as quite often I get asked questions like this by punters.. "I'm shorter than you is that ok?". So just to clear that up...

Until last year I had a full beard, and apart from a single year about six years ago, I had a beard since I was about 23. My wife always said she much preferred me with a beard.
When I grew it I thought it made me look older and more distinguished. Now I am older and more distinguished, I want to look younger, particularly since starting this game. I never used to like the sight of me without the beard, and I suppose I was using it to hide behind. Now I quite like the look of myself without the beard, and a lot of people have said I look about 10 years younger.
I just want to have fun

Goatees, full beards or just a moustache etc.Looks to be about 50/50 so far, Mr. Bloke. As the long-time wearer of a full beard, that does give me some encouragement. I do keep it fairy short, especially at this time of year - it helps to reduce the number of smart-arse "Father Christmas" remarks!

I trust the comments would be along the lines of Father Christmas in his younger days

I used to be a Father Christmas at the school Fayre a few years a few years ago and I had to wear a falsie as mine wasn't white.
Now it's no more as I looked silly with a shiny head. It made me look as if my head was on upside down.

A mate of mine did F.C. once for the childrens' Christmas "do" in his village. Strode confidently onto the stage with a merry "HO HO HO!" and his trousers promptly fell down. He wasn't asked again....

Never really ever thought of growing any facial hair. Mind you I wonder if I might now and transplant it to areas that need it
