the importance of a clients feedback?

I am a big fan of the AW feedback system as long as it is not abused.
I know many a gentleman will not use the booking system as a rule though as they just use the phone number to contact a lady.

I for one do not display a number, so a gentlemans first from of contact to me is via a mail on AW.
Let us put it this way, I am far likelier to view a potential client who has even just one good feedback in a more favourable light than someone who has been on the site and still has no feedback.

I am the ultimate feedback junkie and love to see my rating go up!
I will give it to all gentlemen I meet if all has been well.
You do get the odd ones though who ask for me not to leave it on them as they do not wish their reg WG to see that they have seen someone else.

I've had that too Lucy, when they express for you not to leave feedback due to the agro it will cause them. I do find that a bit odd, as the whole point of seeing an escort is being able to have no ties and variety, but if they are happy to pander to their wishes and continue with yet more deception I guess that is up to them.

It makes a huge difference to me if someone hides their feedback, or has lots of negative. I wish AW wouldn't allow people to hide it, fullstop.

I would certainly agree with you there Laudanum - it is very irritating and I imagine offputting for an escort to find a prospective client has blocked their feedback. After all, you cant help but think bad things.

Why give a gentleman a green positive feedback when the gentleman has cancelled a meeting?
That is so annoying.
Only give a green feedback when the meeting has gone ahead.
All this "he cancelled me but sounded so nice" rubbish does my head in.
Either say nothing or do a neutral I say.

Same goes when a gentleman gives a lady a positive feedback when the meeting for what ever reason has not gone ahead.

Agreed! But those kind of things don't put me off seeing a client...At least everyone knows he has some level of decorum if he's been cancelled on or had to cancel but communicated well!

I am still much of the Old school way of doing business

I advertise with a telephone number, people call me, make a booking and turn up. I have no idea who they are, where they come from or if they are good or bad clients.

It worked really well before the internet and it still seems to work just as well for me. how selective do I need to be? I would guess those that are would not advertise a telephone number as there would be no way of checking who the person calling was, nor would they have a web site or advertise through other publications etc as they would have no way of checking on the clients feed back.
