I would imagine that working in the escort industry is much like any other one - what you see at the forefront is only a small proportion of the work that does happen, very often in the background. Add to that all the other things that have to be done including fitting in family etc, and you have one busy day every day, even if you might be quiet.

All credit to you ladies, its a way of life and if done properly, I am sure is very rewarding.

That is the whole point of being self employed, working for your self, sometime that does happen. my OH once sat in our shop on a Saturday, just after 9am he took £7, he sat there until 7pm that evening and did not take another £. Another day we could take £700

I have days when I am really busy and then the next day I may not take half as much, but by the end of the month my daily average is usually not much difference.

But you have to be there...

Although you are limited to what you can do in a shop where you have Joe public to deal with, when you are working from home or an apartment you can pretty much get on with a lot of things without putting yourself in a position where you have to turn down work. You can even pop out if you post that you need prior arrangement for bookings. You dictate what is acceptable to you and work around it.

I do agree though that like many jobs that are self employed you do take the rough with the smooth and will have busy and quiet days. It's almost impossible to predict what work you will get on a daily basis, although you can work out a fair average income per month if consistant in your work pattern.

If you work from a hotel, in a flat or parlour there is very little else you can be doing apart from sitting round. It is much different if you work from home as there are lots of jobs you can be doing.

This is why I take on many more bookings in my day than some others would wish to do, I am there to work for the day and it is far better to be busy than sat around watching crap Tv. Although I do always have a supply of books to read.
