I agree - I just think guys can pick up on the "one in one out" attitiude of the small minority of female escorts. The top escorts make every client feel like they are the first and last booking of the day - but I have spoken with guys who have booked girls who have been running late, cut the booking short and they then pass the next client on the way out!! I guess for most male escorts we are not built to be able to do that anyway lol !!!!

I think being a male escort is a totally different kettle of fish. The volume is not dictated by you so much but by demand, so it is highly unlikely that you will ever find yourself in the position of having to turn a booking down due to lack of time. Ladies need to spend more money on their appearance and are likely to do more incalls than outcalls, whereas I imagine guys do more outcalls or hotel meets?

Men tend to charge less, again due to lack of demand.

I don't agree with the comment about the 'top escorts' being the ones that make a client feel special. I doubt I would be considered a top escort, but I know that is certainly what I try to do and if today was anything to go by I am in the main achieving it too.

5 is the most I've ever done in a day. I've done it twice in 2 years. So what you're really saying is quality over quantity and that I agree with, but that is more about reputation: does having a good reputation mean you are a 'top escort' or someone who is conscientious, professional and care about their work?

There is a middle ground, we are not all out to make as much money as we can and our motive for providing a good service comes from many places, not just wanting to keep regulars. How about personal standards for one?

Oh, you would be surprised. I had a nasty shock at a shared content shoot I did this year with a very well known AW escort and pornstar, but I won't mention names. Ultimately they will lose out as guys won't return and word gets around. Good to hear from girls who keep it real. I think it's the age old story of men and women seeing things completely differently. I can't, as explained, comment from experience of booking a female escort, but I have worked with many and also know many guys who have booked them, so can see what both parties look to get out of a booking. Ladies, you may be surprised to hear that many guys (I'm sure not all) will spend a lot of time planning for the meeting, even if that doesn't come across to you and even refer to you as their "girlfriend" to their mates, not telling the whole story. This is probably what leads to mixed messages and brings us right back to the original poster. It's a shame she can't give her side of the story, as I'm sure she would not have seen things much differently.

Strangely enough I turn down more bookings than I accept, due to lack of time as much as anything, as I work full time and do this as a side kick - but love it !!

Ach that's different the Sea, although I have 2 other businesses too, so not my only income.

When I first started Escorting I met a lovely guy who lived in Broadway. He was on AW as a male Escort, but we met up as friends and first just met up to take his dogs for a walk (I've always wanted one, but it wouldn't be fair on the dog at the moment). Anyway, he was really sweet and gave me all the money he had at the time so I could take my cat to the vet (she was very poorly and I had no money to pay). We became good friends and although he was working as a part-time cook, he was trying to earn some money by Escorting and getting very little to no work.

This chap was 28, fit, well spoken and very good looking.

Previous to me Escorting I new a chap who was trying to get into Escorting and got scammed by a company that took him on, arranged him a booking then after he had paid them a starting fee he found himself without a client and they would no longer answer the phone. There are loads of scams out there to get male escorts.

Generally it just isn't that easy for guys and good for you if you have managed to get yourself established. You are obviously doing something right.

Sea138, newbies are very welcome on this forum. They are the lifeblood of any forum. Without new members the conversation would go stale ............... I’m sure you would agree. Especially with your experience on AW.

I apologise if I offended you with my previous remarks, but you must admit your first response was very suspiciously negative.

For someone to put a ‘bad escort’ thread up on the forum simply because an escort didn’t honour an alleged discount to me was a bit premature. Especially as the person writing the thread was a first time poster. Sounds more like sour grapes to me, or perhaps one escort trying to bad mouth another. I would have thought a thread asking what others considered to be ‘regular’ and how long they should have been visiting before they would be considered a regular, would have IMO been more appropriate . Each and every escort will have her/his own definition of ‘regular’.

As in life, in the escort business there are good escorts as well as bad escorts. We read about the dubious ones all the time. But to call someone a ‘bad escort’ for not giving someone discount is totally unnecessary.
