indie v parlour v agency

I don't think I would have the nerve to go to a parlour, and I'm not keen on the idea of an agency. I don't think I would have started this game if I hadn't been able to go to an independent - well OK by now quite a lot of independents. Somehow being simply a transaction between two people it seems more personal.

To me it's the girl I meet not where she comes from, but I would like her to get the bulk of the dosh as she is proving the service. Indie is good when you know them, a parlour is good to try people out as the territory is familiar.

At the moment I'm a two girl man and they are indies.

I used to use parlours a fair bit the one thing a parlour has over a indie is reliability a parlour girl will always be there may not be the one you expect to see but you will see someone

But i do not use parlours anymore I try my luck at indies with varying amounts of success

Only ever seen independent ladies, parlours are too risky, and I don't see why an agency should get some of the ladies fee.

I've always worked as an Independent but if parlours/agencies are doing all the admin and saving the girls time and energy then they do deserve to get their share for the work they cut out for the girls.

i work both for myself and for a agent , she was told from day one that i wud always do this and if she didnt like it she can do one ... lol shes lovley and i get free weekend housing and onlywork until 8pm so its not like i am being taken the pee outa we have normally 2 girls in but i am on my own now well me and the girl who dus the washing and gets the phone

How much time do they actually invest in each lady, and does it really warrant what seems to be a 25% or more take of the ladies earnings?

Its a close tie between indie and parlour.
Agencies are ok, i just dont agree with how much money they take from the escort. £10 per booking sure, but not like 40ish%. Shes losing at least £60 a pop. These days with mobile phones and internet profiles should make agencies book their ideas up.

An agency lady I know, says the folk she works for take £40 off an £150 booking for an hour.
Now I know they have no overheads as such these agency ladies, but I could not and would not hand over that much.

A good agency owner must be rubbing their hands.
Good luck to them I say, but I often wonder why a girl does not just set up as an indie and cut out the middle man.

I've heard ladies say that they prefer the parlours, as it's totally removed from their homes, where their children live. They don't have to do any advertising, they feel safe and they have set hours they are working and don't have to answer the phone to anyone.

I guess if you don't want to get involved with the adminstration side of things and you want to be able to switch off and become 'Mum' again when you are done, then it isn't such a bad option. £110 for an hour isn't actually that bad. In some areas that is what some Indies are charging and they have all the hassles.

I can see the advantages for girls of working for a parlour, and the dependability aspect from the pov of the punter, but never fancied the idea meself. As for agencies, like Tom said, in the age of the internet, AW and mobile phones I don't understand why they still exist. It's indies all the way for me

Not all femmes have the savvy of how to sell themselves, the actual incall base and like the security of the people around them as they work, so I think the parlours DO deserve their cut. But that is just my view.

When I consider the amount of time I spend being messed around as an indie - AND the logistics of it all being that I only do outcalls - I am more than happy to go to a parlour - work a shift, and walk home with my share of the cash. It's not really a parlour I'm about to start working in, but a shared apartment - when you consider the work the manager puts in... Paying cleaning ladies, paying the rent, paying for protection, lube, towels, sheets, and all the rest of it - AND on top of that the work she puts into the websites and advertising for you... I don't mind one jot handing over the dosh! Makes my life easier and it's only a couple of days per week to keep up a regular cash flow. I'll still be earning about £2 per minute of my time with a client... Pretty good really!
