Simple but impressive meal/started.

Boil an inch of water. Drop in some asparagus (fresh) Take out after 2 minutes.

Lay out some Parma ham. Drop 2 spears of asparagus plus a bit of smoked cheese. Roll into a tube. Place on grill pan.

Repeat until you run out of asparagus and parma ham.

Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.

Grill under high heat for a couple of minutes.

Put on two plates. Pour over truffle oil. Eat.

Buy 1 rainbow trout per person. (Brown trout are nicer but have shitloads of bones)

Gut or buy gutted.

Place foil in a baking tray. Place trout on foil. Inside each trout place 2 sliced garlic cloves, some slices of lime, a teaspoon of dark soy sauce and some shredded Thai lemon Grass.

Close the foil to seal it and bake at 180 degrees C for 20 minutes. Serve with steamed rice or croquet potatoes. Lovely.
