From deciding to build it it took 8 weeks from start to finish.. but it was all built up and ready to go after 5 weeks, I had to wait for a part to ship from Japan because Yamaha UK wouldn't let me buy direct. Technically it's still not finished in my eyes - I keep changing stuff around so either 8 weeks or 12 years and counting Wink
